A fine dining level dish that combined a tea infused linguine with pan seared smoked duck breast. Seasoned well with basic salt, pepper and chili flakes, you will experience the tartness from the cherry tomatoes, slight bitterness from the tea and the wonderful aroma of the duck fat. We finish off this splendid dish with a perfectly cooked poached egg, seasoned with pepper and salt.
