Our HEXA team have come up with Sup Tulang recipe, which is the Malaysian version of bone broths for the coming Hari Raya Haji. On the day of Raya Haji, or also known as Eid Al-Adha day, Korban Rites took place. Animals such as goats, cows and camels are slaughtered. This makes this dish perfect for the festival as the bones of the slaughtered animals would not go to waste. Sup Tulang is a traditional recipe that is very nutritious and it serve as a comfort food for generations in Malaysia. In contrast to most Western-style bone broths, the Malaysian bone broths are infused with aromatic herbs and spices. With HEXA soup spices, you can get a wonderful depth of flavour in your Sup Tulang.
